Pinealon reconstitution calculator

Pre-filled for a 5 mg Pinealon vial with 1 mL of BAC water: 5,000 mcg/mL, or 50 mcg per unit on a U-100 syringe. Change the vial or water to match yours, and add an amount to see the units to draw.

How the Pinealon math works

A 5 mg vial holds 5,000 mcg of Pinealon. Adding 1 mL of bacteriostatic water spreads that over 1 mL, so the solution is 5,000 ÷ 1 = 5,000 mcg per mL. A U-100 insulin syringe has 100 units per mL, so each unit is 0.01 mL and holds 5,000 × 0.01 = 50 mcg.

To turn an amount into units, divide it by the amount per unit. The calculator above does this for you, and warns you when a draw is too small to measure or bigger than the syringe.

Pinealon concentration by vial size and water volume

Each cell shows the concentration and how much one U-100 unit holds. The app's reference lists 1 mL for a 5 mg vial; 2 mL for a 10 mg vial.

Before you reconstitute

Check the vial label for the actual amount of peptide, because the calculation depends on it. Use an insulin syringe marked U-100 so that 100 units equal 1 mL, and write down how much water you added so the concentration is known later.

For what Pinealon is, how it is thought to work and what the research shows, see the Pinealon reference page. For how its evidence compares with other peptides, see the peptide tier list.

Frequently asked questions

How much BAC water goes in a 5 mg Pinealon vial?

The reconstitution reference in the PeptidesAI app lists 1 mL for a 5 mg vial, which makes 5,000 mcg/mL. The water volume is a choice, not a fixed rule: more water makes a weaker solution and larger draws, and the total amount of peptide in the vial stays the same.

How much is one unit of Pinealon on an insulin syringe?

It depends on the concentration. A 5 mg vial with 1 mL of water is 5,000 mcg/mL, so one unit on a U-100 syringe (0.01 mL) holds 50 mcg. The table on this page shows other vial and water combinations.

What vial sizes does Pinealon come in?

The PeptidesAI app lists 5 mg, 10 mg vials for Pinealon. Use the calculator's vial field for any other size.

Does this calculator tell me how much to use?

No. It converts an amount you already have into syringe units and millilitres. It does not suggest an amount, and nothing on this page is medical advice.
